Day 6 and Day 7

Day 6: Jaded Beauty..

First off,

Every time I started to write this post..

I would get stuck on the word Jaded..

Start singing the Aerosmith song..

And completely get off track,,

But I think it's out of my system now.

Hey, ja ja jaded

Ok, now its out of my system for real.

My biggest struggle with the generic definition of beauty..

is this

It says that:

women who are confident and beautiful..

comfortable in their own skin..

have to show it off..

Modesty is not encourage or appreciated.

It seems to say

"I am not comfortable, I have no confidence."

Modesty to me screams

confidence, security and beauty.

It says

I don't need to expose my skin to be comfortable in it.

Day 7: encouragement

This song has been a real encouragement to me lately.

In fact, I have been playing it non stop.

(Sorry, downstairs neighbors, but luckily it's not Ice Ice Baby)
