Airplanes..

Court and I blissfully unaware of what was about to happen
Me and and 2 of my handsome men
Waiting patiently
Gibson looking out the window
The only person who could sleep through Ari's screaming

"Oh, you guys will be fine."
said with a hesitated smile and a none too convincing tone..
Every time I mentioned we were flying with the kids for the first time...
That was the response I heard.

Needless to say I was a tad bit nervous flying..
But my fears seemed to be unwarranted..
The kids did great through security..
Obediently held our hands in the airport..
Quickly got into their seats on the airplane..

Until...
My adorable sweet girl..
Who was charming everyone in the airport..
and on the airplane..
My adorable little girl
everyone commented about how well behaved she was..
Realized she had to wear a seat belt..
Then decided she didn't like seat belts..
And when Ari doesn't like something..

She lets you know..
Unfortunately..
There was turbulence..
So we had to wear our seat belts.
THE.ENTIRE.FLIGHT
Merry Christmas fellow passengers

The Air travel went down hill from there..
We had 15 minutes to get across the Dulles airport..
To catch our connecting flight..
I swear it was a mile..
3 Children..
all our luggage
and 1 adult who can run (Court)
and one adult who ran a 20 minute mile in high school (Kara)
Booking it through the airport..
We made it off the final elevator to hear
"Finally call for Passengers Holloways.. your plane is departing in 2 minutes."
And guess what?
We made it..
Even though there was an audible groan..
on the 50 passenger plane..
When we boarded with 3 small children...

But in the end..
I decided I like flying with the kids..
It's excited..
(and I say that with only a little bit of sarcasm)
