I love Christmas..

The things that people usually hate..

Like stores putting up Christmas lights before Halloween..

I love

Christmas lights...

Christmas Movies..

Christmas Carols...

Christmas presents....

Don't even get me started about how awesome Hallmark Christmas movies are..

(that's right Court, not lame, AWESOME)

But more than anything I want my kids to understand what Christmas

really is about..

I want to make the holiday more special than presents..

So we do 25 days of Christmas

(or advent)

Last year it flopped..

The kids where a bit too young.

I am excited to see how this goes..

P.S. Just read my friends blog.. She has some awesome advent ideas that she is doing with her kids. I actually adjusted some of my activities because her ideas were so great.. It's not stealing it's sharing. There is no shame in that game.
